The event will take place throughout the month of October and attendees will have the opportunity to virtually network with exhibitors and enhance their business knowledge via four online webinars featuring local experts. These webinars are completely free and will be available on the WIB Facebook page.

Educate – A Focus on Human Resources: Monday, October 5th and will feature Joanna Forbes, MS, SHRM-CP. Forbes is the owner and Chief Consultant with Forbes Human Resources LLC. This presentation will cover:

  • The importance of HR throughout the employment cycle.
  • Your company mission and your employees.
  • Workplace transitions due to COVID-19.

Empower – A Focus on Company Culture: Monday, October 12th and will feature Nicole Zesiger, President of First National Bank of Dennison. This presentation will cover:

  • Succession
  • Innovation
  • Ideologies

Encourage – A Focus on Your Customer: Monday, October 19th and will feature Diane Lautenschleger with the Tuscarawas County Convention and Visitors Bureau. This presentation cover:

  • The different kinds of ‘customers’
  • Customer service techniques and approaches
  • Support, confidence, and the encouragement needed to engage with all your customers with grace and influence for positive outcomes.

A Focus on You: Monday, October 26th and will feature WIB Co-Founder and Director of Business Development at Ohio Billing, Inc., Pam Sprowls, along with a panel including members of the WIB Planning Committee. This presentation will cover:

  • Mind – Bringing balance to your being throughout every stage of life
  • Body – Creating and maintaining routines of healthy living
  • Soul – Practicing self-reflection and mindful meditations for a peaceful existence
